Jeffrey G. Williamson, Emeritus Professor of Economics from Harvard University, discusses how, with the exception of Africa, global emigration rates have declined since the late 1980s and early 1990s. Williamson projects that U.S. immigrants will be more African and less Hispanic twenty years from now. What effect will this shift have on American culture and commerce?
