John and Dorothy Priske run Fountain Prairie Farm, a sustainable beef farm near Fall River, Wisconsin. Fountain Prairie Farm, which also includes a bed and breakfast in the couple’s 1899 Victorian farmhouse, incorporates a range of climate- and energy-conscious practices, including wind turbines and sustainable land management.
